The benefits of your therapy can be maximised, with the following advice :
Try to take it easy and relax, for at least a few hours, following your treatment. If possible try and have a short nap, or an early night.
Take care when driving or when operating any machinery, or when working, straight after a treatment, as you may feel tired.
Drink plenty of water, as this will replenish any fluids lost and also to avoid dehydration. Water will also aid in the elimination of toxins from the body.
Avoid alcohol, excessive coffee and tea, and ideally smoking. Also avoid eating spicy foods, try to eat light for the remainder of the day. This will allow your body to concentrate on its natural healing.
